CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

All invited guests are listed on the invitation you received. If your invitation is addressed to you "and Guest", you are welcome to bring a plus one, please include on RSVP.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SECRETS AND DREAMS SIDES?
Answer
Secrets is the adults only side of the resort. Dreams is family friendly. By staying at Secrets, you may roam around pools and restaurants for BOTH sides.

Yes, when you book your room, transportation is included in the rate.

SHOULD I BOOK MY OWN AIRFARE?
Answer
Up to you! Melissa Zenteno is willing to book airfare for you/your party, however you are welcome to book on your own. Air itineraries must be sent to Vacation with Melissa to coordinate airport transfers. The closest airport is located in Puerto Vallarta, Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR).

DO I NEED A PASSPORT TO TRAVEL TO MEXICO?

YES! Please ensure your passport expiration date is at least 6 months before expiration in order for your documentation to be considered valid. For more information, please search "6 MONTH RULE PASSPORT".

WHEN IS THE LAST DAY TO BOOK ROOMS?
Answer
August 15th, 2023 is the last day to book rooms under our room block. We apologize for the quick turnaround on this. Guests will be required to pay a $100.00 per room deposit to confirm their room at time of booking. Final Payment is due November 10th.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE AT THE RESORT?
Answer
