What do I do when I get to the airport?

If you’re planning to explore the island, rental cars are available right at Palma Airport (PMI) with several companies to choose from. Taxis are also easy to find outside of the airport if just traveling to Mallorca for the weekend or you can arrange a taxi through the hotel. What is the best way to get around?

Answer

If you’re planning to explore the island and visit a few towns, we recommend renting a car. If you’re just coming for the wedding weekend, no car is needed—we’ll have transportation from the room block hotel on the wedding day, and the welcome event is at the hotel too.

Thursday is the first event so either Thursday morning or before that!

How do I get to the wedding events?

Answer

The welcome party is at the room block hotel so no need for transportation. On the wedding day there will be several buses leaving Cap Vermell hotel to take the guests to the church. After the church ceremony there will be buses to take guests to the wedding venue. Buses will be available all night starting after dinner until the end of the reception to take guests back to the hotel.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, a valid passport is required for international guests. Make sure it’s valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.

What does the hotel room block include?

Answer

The room block includes daily breakfast. As part of our celebration, the room rate also extends a 20% discount on all spa treatments. During your stay, guests will have full access to the hotel’s swimming pools and spa facilities, including the sauna, Turkish bath, and cold Jacuzzi.

Cap Vermell offers complimentary parking for guests, along with valet service for added convenience. Important to note: If you’re driving to beaches or calas, plan to arrive early, as parking can fill up quickly. We recommend speaking with the concierge when you check in and letting them know which beaches you’re planning to visit. They can advise you on the best time to leave and any helpful tips for parking.
