Mason Mill Park contains a 120-acre forest with a network of some of the nicest hiking and biking trails in the county. The South Peachtree Creek Trail is a multi-use boardwalk and paved route that connects Mason Mill Park, Medlock Park, the Leafmore neighborhood, and Emory University. A network of soft surface trails also provides miles of hiking opportunities within Mason Mill, Ira B. Melton, and Medlock Parks. The forest is also the location of the old Decatur Waterworks, which is on the National Historic Registry.

The Po'Boy Shop (upstairs) has a fantastic, New Orleans-themed menu, and offers a Basement Bar downstairs. The Basement Bar has 14 big-screen TVs, pool tables, dartboards, Golden Tee, and Steven's favorite - skeeball. They have a full bar with over 100 Bourbons, 16 Draft Beers, 100+ Canned and Bottle Selections, Hurricanes, Cocktails, and more. Enter from The Shop upstairs, or look for our entrance around back. This Decatur restaurant from award-winning chef Meherwan Irani continues to evolve its menu of Indian street foods, and that means it occasionally offers paneer sandwiches served on a griddled pav bun. Paneer is marinated and grilled then topped with cucumbers, onions, green chutney, Maggi ketchup, and a dusting of chaat masala. Chai Pani literally means “tea and water.” It's slang in India for going out for a cup of tea, a tasty bite, a snack, or “a little something.” Their main location in Asheville, NC made NY Time's 2021 list of “The 50 places in America we’re most excited about right now.” The okra fries are a must!
