Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks (tie optional).

Both hotels are within 100 yards of the venue, so transportation to the wedding isn't provided. However, for those staying at the Marriott Courtyard, the hotel does provide a local shuttle that should be available for the Welcome Party on Friday, 12/30 - just check with the front desk to schedule it.
