What is the dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional The Vibe: Elegant and fancy without the pressure. Tuxedos welcome, formal suits and gowns encouraged.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside in the Tea Garden on the west end of the resort. The cocktail hour will be held indoors in The Fuyer, which is adjacent to the Grand Ballroom where the reception will be held.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at The Vinoy Tea Garden at 5:00 pm, and guests will begin to be seated at 4:30 pm. Please make sure you arrive on time.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Valet parking is available at the venue. I would suggest taking an Uber or Lyft if you are staying in the immediate downtown area, as that is the most popular form of transportation if you are not bringing a car.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes, please message Ashley or Parker to reserve a spot in the room block. We do need to know the number of parties interested, so if you are, please let us know as soon as possible.

Are phones and cameras allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

No. Phones will not be allowed during the ceremony. Please keep them on silent and tucked away.
