Back Door Donuts
Once the sun sets, the back door swings open. With it, the sweet smells of sugary summer pour out. What began as a secret known only to those "in the know" quickly became a must-do for Vineyard residents and visitors alike. Thus the tradition of Back Door Donuts was born. Fat Ronnie's Burger Bar
The family burger business began in Harlem in 1972, with Ronnie’s grandmother and her self-named burger joint called MAXINE’S. In 2013, Ronnie continued the family burger business and recipes, with his own burger joint, located on Circuit Ave on Martha’s Vineyard. The BEST BURGERS you've ever tasted!!
Inkwell Beach
The” Inkwell” or Town Beach in Oak Bluffs is the name of the popular beach frequented by African Americans beginning in the late nineteenth century. The strand was pejoratively called “The Inkwell” by nearby whites in reference to the skin color of the beach-goers. It is the most famous of beaches across the U.S. to transform this odious nickname into an emblem of pride.
Jaws Bridge
As everyone already knows, the movie Jaws was filmed on Martha’s Vineyard, MA back in 1975, but along with the movie, whose sequels just never seemed to best the original, the American Legion Memorial bridge from the film is still an infamous landmark on the island.
Menemsha Public Beach
Enjoy a lobster roll from Larsen's Fish Market and walk over to the beach for a picnic! Don't forget to go in the evening to watch the most AMAZING sunset that you've ever seen!
Aquinnah Cliffs Overlook
Aquinnah is a town located on the island of Martha's Vineyard in Massachusetts. Until 1997, the town was called Gay Head. It is known for its beautiful clay cliffs and quiet natural serenity. In 1965, Gay Head Cliffs were designated as a National Natural Landmark by the National Park Service. Here you can explore shops, take photos on the cliffs, go to the light house or enjoy soaking up the sun on the beach! A must see for breathtaking views!

Flying Horses Carousel
The oldest running carousel in the country, built in 1876. It's great for the adults who like to have fun. Be sure to reach out and grab the brass ring!
Lighthouse Beach
Easy walk down to the beach and get up close to the Edgartown lighthouse.
Gingerbread Houses
Take a walk through the original city of Oak Bluffs, formerly known as "Cottage City". Built in the 1800's with a "Carpenter's Gothic" or somewhat victorian style. There is also a museum you can check out in the area!
The Black Dog Tavern
Definitely a Vineyard Staple! I mean have you really been to the Vineyard if you've never experienced Black Dog! This location is The ORIGINAL "Black Dog Tavern"... the tavern that the whole Black Dog line was created from. They have waterfront seating for breakfast, lunch and dinner! You can also shop in the stores and grab some souvenirs!
Island Alpaca Company
If you love Alpacas like Ashley or are down for something adventurous, this is the place! You can do one-on-one tours and feed them or go in a group. Super fun and cool thing to do on the island!
