That said, we understand emergencies come up & health is a priority during COVID-19. We ask that you notify us no later than TWO WEEKS (July 31) before the wedding if you can no longer make it. Beyond that time, we will not be able to get back the funds paid to have you present.
For the millennials/gen-Zers, or those who don’t attend weddings often—If you’ve RSVP’d as “Attending”, you’ve been included in a headcount for a cocktail hour, 3-course plated dinner, table seating arrangements, and open bar service. Showing up to something you RSVP’d “yes” to isn’t optional—it’s adulting 101. Respectfully inform us by the deadline above if something comes up.
