Kirsten and Ashley met in middle school and their friendship has continued to grow as they have gotten older. She was Ashley's senior year roommate back in Boulder - and no, no mattress was stolen.
Taylor Kadera

Tay is Ashley's younger cousin and even though they grew up in different states they spent holidays making up dances and dressing up. Some would call them competitive, but Ashley definitely did not knock Taylor over in her wedding dressing during a game at Tay's reception.
Gabby Travers

Gabby is Ashley's work wife. They met while she was on a travel contract in the ICU and she missed Ashley so much that she came back to work there full time. They both tried having separate jobs but are back to working together again.
Julia Foy

Julia and Ashley met in nursing school. They picked each other as partners for their first assignment and survived with New Girl and The Office memes. With a solid foundation like that, their friendship just grew from there.
Kasey Hurt

Kasey and Ashley were roommates their freshman year of college. Kasey loved to wake them up for 5am workouts with Buckcherry and they somehow made it through going to Peggys for Drake Relays year after year.
Ian Cull

Ian and Michael met at Gonzaga in 2004 while living a few rooms down from each other their freshman year. What started as dorm room shenanigans and video game battles turned into a long lasting friendship that has continued to this day. Friends now for many years they have gotten to share many memorable moments ranging from birthdays for Ian's kids and random visits to a new city where one of them is living to NFC Championship games and of course several Zags games together.
Mike Vincent

Mike and Michael met at ASU in 2010 while they were in Nursing school. During a class, Mike overheard a conversation about Michael snowboarding in Japan. Assuming that Michael must be fairly good at snowboarding since he boarded in Japan, they struck up conversation and Mike invited Michael to go snowboarding in Durango. Mike was sad to find out that Michael was actually quite terrible at snowboarding during that trip. Fortunately, that was not the end of their journey. Michael improved at snowboarding during many yearly trips with Mike and the two have remained close friends to this day.
Tony Brewer

Tony and Michael met in high school during their senior year. They were connected by Jen who was Michael's friend but also Tony’s eventual girlfriend and now wife. Tony and Michael have had many memorable times over the years ranging from Michael visiting Tony in Japan, to building Barbie jeeps, to frequenting many concerts together. Tony and Michael share a love for the band Thrice. As a Marine, Tony has been stationed all over the world but that has not kept the two of them from seeing Thrice together many times over the years even if it is via FaceTime.
Jon Weston

Jon and Michael met back in 1998 on Feb. 27. That happened to be the day that Jon made Michael a big brother. Over the last 27 years, the two have become great friends in addition to being brothers. They have been able to enjoy many rounds on the golf course, boarding trips, sporting events and the breaking of a 108 year curse together.
Ryan Paugh

Ryan and Michael met during March Madness in 2013 through mutual friends. That yearly trip turned into many other visits to both Ohio (Ryan’s home state) and Las Vegas after Ryan moved out west for good. They have grown to be great friends sharing interests in golf and anything sports related. They even toughed out the world shutting down together when Michael was doing travel nursing in Las Vegas.
David Perez
Groomsman
David and Michael met in 2012 at an AZ Cardinals tailgate. They continued to tailgate together every game until Michael moved for his travel nursing career in 2020. Since then they have remained close friends and have gone on several boarding trips together. They still tailgate together as often as they can when Michael is able to visit Arizona during football season.
