We're getting Married. Let's Celebrate ♡

If you’re here, you’ve probably already heard the story. They met at an MMA gym. Lionel was the athletic, badass, fast-talking blue belt, and Ashley was just getting started. They had seen each other in passing before, but weren’t in the same class yet. Then one day, Ashley walked in wearing her white belt shirt — and finally, they were in the same class. As Ashley stepped onto the mats, she was a little intimidated, trying to keep a low profile and not make a scene. But of course, Lionel doesn’t believe in not making a scene. So what did he do? He stood up, in front of everyone, extended his hand for a handshake (what a dork), and said, “Hi! My name is Lionel!” — so fast that Ashley couldn’t understand him at all. So she politely said, “What?” He slowed down, repeated his name… and the rest was history. Ashley was so taken aback by his boldness that she later slid into his DMs on Instagram — a modern love story, right? A few likes turned into more likes. Lionel shared his love for “old people music” (he’s basically a 40-year-old soul at heart), and Ashley shared her love for 80s music. Lionel was witty, charming, and always knew what to say. Ashley was sweet, caring, and couldn’t resist his charm. Fast forward to what will be seven years together, and their love is steady, intentional, and deeply rooted. They’ve built a life where they don’t just love each other — they truly know each other. They anticipate each other’s needs, challenge one another to grow, and show up with patience, support, and care in both the big and small moments. Their love carries both passion and peace — a kind of romance that feels exciting, yet safe and grounding at the same time. They’re a team in every sense of the word. Guided by love that is patient and kind, they continue to choose one another daily, building something lasting and meaningful together. They’ve done things their own way ~ without following conventional rules, just doing what feels right and always choosing each other. This next chapter of marriage makes it official to the world, but to them, they never needed the fanfare. With or without the ribbons and glitter, they were always going to choose each other. While this chapter marks a new beginning as OFFICIALLY husband and wife, their story has already been unfolding ~ and will continue to grow, evolve, and hopefully one day expand their already beautiful family.
