There are room blocks for guests beginning 10/28 - 10/31. There are discounted blocks for Single Queen rooms and Double Queen rooms at a rate of $119 (before taxes). Room blocks need to be booked by 9/30 otherwise the hotel will release the rooms and there will be no discounted rate past that date. INCLUDED IN ROOM RATE: buffet breakfast, wireless internet, self-parking, access to fitness center and indoor pool. PAYMENT: Each individual guest will provide hotel with a valid credit card at the time of reservation and are responsible for payment of their guest and any incidental charges. CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations made individually as part of the Room Block must be canceled by the guest or the Group 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid any “no show” charges. If the Group or an individual guest guarantees any individual room reservation, held for late arrival, and a guest does not arrive on that date, and the reservation was not cancelled, the Group or individual will be charged by the Hotel for the first night’s room and all applicable tax, at the rates set forth above for the night of scheduled arrival.
