Can I bring a date?
Answer
We’re so excited to celebrate with our favorite people! Due to venue capacity and the nature of our event, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on the invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will specifically state that. We truly appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our celebration intimate and within the space and budget we’ve planned. Thank you for being part of our special day!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We adore your little ones! However, due to limited space and our desire to keep the celebration intimate, we are only able to include children of immediate family and members of the bridal party and groomsmen. If your child is invited, their name will be listed on your invitation. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly—we want to make sure you’re taken care of! Our venue has assured us that the buffet will include a variety of options to accommodate most dietary needs, but we're happy to pass along any specific concerns to ensure everyone enjoys the meal safely.

Yes, there is onsite parking available!

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Answer
Yes, the ceremony will take place outdoors on the lawn. After the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception will take place in the reception hall.

What’s the weather typically like this time of year?
Answer
Late October in Fort Collins usually brings cool, crisp fall weather, you can expect daytime temperatures in the mid-60s °F and cooler evenings dropping into the mid-30s. There is a small chance of light rain or even snow flurries.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that all guests put away phones and cameras during the ceremony—we’re having an unplugged ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture every special moment, and we’d love for you to be fully present with us as we say, “I do.” Don’t worry—once the ceremony is over, feel free to snap away at the celebration! Thank you for understanding and helping us create a truly meaningful moment.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
RSVP's are due NO LATER than 10/5/25. There are no exceptions to this due to having to supply the venue with numbers.

Will there be a bar?
Answer
To help keep our celebration within budget, we will be offering a cash bar for alcoholic beverages. However, we’re delighted to provide a complimentary champagne toast so we can all raise a glass together to celebrate this special day!
