Jungle Hike To Waterfall Slide

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Please wear swimsuit and water shoes.

Attn: nature lovers. Are you in Puerto Rico early and looking for an adventure? Join us for a jungle hike to the only rainforest in the USA, El Junque. This hike will be led by Jake. The destination? A waterfall slide, a la Swiss Family Robinson style! Wear your swimsuit. The trek will be about 15 minutes into the jungle before reaching the waterfalls. Please wear water shoes with rubber soles, as you will be climbing up to slide down and it may be slick. There are two waterfalls you can slide down, one is faster and one is slower. The pools are about 4' deep. There is also a 6 foot little cliff you can jump off of into 6' water (no diving.) If you are looking to get immersed in the authentic Caribbean Puerto Rico nature, this is IT! *Reasonable level of physical fitness advised for this adventure. This event is optional. It will require a 45 - 60 minute drive from San Juan each way. There is a smoothie bar - Degree 18 - we recommend nearby if you are hungry afterward.

Coffee Farm Tour

9:30 am - 12:00 pm

Please wear relaxed clothes and walking shoes you do not mind getting muddy. You will be walking up a hillside and through coffee plants on this tour.

If you are in town early, please join us for a group tour of a local family-owned working coffee farm, Hacienda Munoz. If you know us, you know we love coffee! One of the first activities we did during the pandemic lockdowns was create a blindfolded coffee tasting with Keurig, Drip, Nespresso, French Press, and Pour Over... Can you guess which was our favorite? After tasting coffee from around the world, we think Puerto Rican coffee is truly the best (yes, we might be biased.) Once the primary source of coffee for Kings and Popes, Puerto Rico continues to boast working boutique coffee farms. Hacienda Munoz offers a group walking tour through the farm, & a small cafe and terrace for relaxing afterward. You can join for the entire tour, or come along & sit on the terrace sipping coffee until the tour is over. (This event is optional, our treat.) This will end early enough to allow for 1 hour drive back to San Juan to relax, go to the beach, or explore the Old City at your leisure.

Carnivale Masquerade Soiree

4:30 pm - 9:00 pm

This event is black-tie optional. Ladies are encouraged to wear white. Men are encouraged to wear black. Ballgowns allowed. ;)

4:30 - Arrive to The Gallery Inn Courtyard. Please be sure to arrive by 4:55 pm. Guests will be brought inside to ceremony location at 4:55 pm. 5:00 - Vow celebration, honoring our commitment 5:30 - Wine 6:00 - Masquerade Soiree, featuring music and entertainment Special performances and entertainment to be announced. Appearances by the resident parrots, Campeche and Rembrandt. …And other surprise guests for a serendipitous evening of merriment and mystery.
