Is there a dress code?

The Attire: Formal/Semi-Formal Tuxes and gowns are welcome Ladies: Ankle or Floor Length Dresses. We ask that you do not use yellow tones. The use of white is strictly prohibited. Gentleman: Dress Pants, Button Down Shirt with a Tie/Bowtie (Sports Coat Optional but appreciated). We ask that you do not wear beige, sand or cream tones. *No Denim, dark colours, Flip Flops, Shorts, Khaki, Skirts etc.* We kindly ask that you dress within our colour palette for our special day https://pin.it/1aeHK14O1 La Vestimenta: Formal/Semi-Formal. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please be at the venue no later than 2:15 PM. Late parties will not be permitted entrance. Por favor, lleguen al evento a más tardar a las 2:15 p. m. No se permitirá entrada a quienes lleguen tarde.

Can we take photos on a phone or camera, during the ceremony?

We've hired a photographer and videographer to capture our day and will be asking for a fully unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from all electronics until cocktail hour. Hemos contratado a un fotógrafo y a un videógrafo para capturar cada momento de nuestro día. Les pedimos respetuosamente que se abstengan de usar cualquier dispositivo electrónico durante la ceremonia. Agradecemos mantener nuestra ceremonia completamente desconectada hasta la hora del cóctel.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend staying in Antigua Guatemala from Thursday-Sunday night. Accommodations are limited so we highly recommend booking through our wedding block link at Casa Santo Domingo as soon as possible for the best rates. This is also where our ceremony and reception will be, which makes it a seamless stay and process. Recomendamos hospedarse en Antigua Guatemala desde el jueves hasta la noche del sábado. Las opciones de alojamiento son limitadas, por lo que les sugerimos reservar lo antes posible a través de nuestro enlace de grupo en Casa Santo Domingo para acceder a las mejores tarifas. Aquí también se llevará a cabo nuestra ceremonia y recepción, lo que hace que todo el proceso y la estadía sean muy fluidos.

🛏️ What are the room rates and policies?

1. Rates are per night, per room, for single or double occupancy, and include taxes upon checkout. 2. The hotel follows the European Plan (EP) – meals are not included. 3. Any additional guests (max 3 people per room) guests has an extra cost (US$49.00) a.The charge per additional person includes: towel service, pillows, amenities and sleeping accommodations (the third person may sleep in one of the existing beds, making the sofa bed (if the room has one) or setting a portable bed – (if required, must be requested in advanced)

💳 What’s the payment and cancellation policy?

Answer

1. A credit card is required at check-in to open a tab. Most major cards are accepted. 2. The hotel will pre-authorize your card to hold the amount for your stay. This is not a charge, but a temporary hold. 3. Holds may take 3–5 business days (or up to 30 days) to be released by your bank after checkout. 4. Debit cards are not accepted for guaranteeing reservations, but can be used at checkout. ❗No cancellations or date changes are allowed once a reservation is confirmed Early departures or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the original reservation.
