FAQs

Question

The venue location is Salt Lake City, but the invitation says Park City. Where should I stay?

Answer

While the venue is between SLC and Park City, several of the weekend events are centralized in Park City. We want it to feel like one big weekend with everyone, not just one night, so we encourage everyone to stay in Park City so we get more time with you!

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we love your littles, the wedding will be an adult only event. Our venue isn’t the best for children running around and we want all of you to be able to be fully present during the wedding and dancing! Feel free to bring kids to the welcome event or send off brunch though!

Question

How should I prepare for the altitude of Park City?

Answer

Park City is at about 7,000 feet. At around 5,000 feet some people can feel the effects, such as fatigue or headaches. The climate is also very dry, so dehydration is also common. Best preparation is to just drink a ton of water!

Question

What is the welcome event on Friday?

Answer

We’ll be having a picnic in the park with all our favorite people! Anyone is welcome to join, we just ask that you RSVP!

Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Wear what makes you feel your semi-formal best! Long dresses or suit/jacket with a tie recommended. It may be chilly at night, so check the weather as we get closer - you might need a jacket! Spring colors (‘Garden Formal’) encouraged!

Question

Is the venue outside?

Answer

The venue is intended to be all outdoors, so come prepared with a jacket if needed! The venue will supply heat lamps, etc. if needed.

Question

What is the situation with parking and transportation?

Answer

The venue has plenty of onsite parking, however we do plan to have a shuttle to/from downtown Park City.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Get that dance floor going!!
