The wedding ceremony and reception will take place from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the Crystal Ballroom, located at 2421 Yorkmont Rd, Charlotte, NC 28217.

While we love our little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We are unable to accommodate children at the venue, and we appreciate your understanding in making arrangements accordingly.

Our wedding colors are Sage, White, Black and Gold/Champagne We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing solid black, gold/champagne, sage, or white to help preserve the special look and feel of our wedding party’s attire. Thank you for your understanding!

This is formal event, and we request all guests wear formal attire. Please no jeans, tennis shoes, or casual wear.

If you need to update your RSVP, please contact Ashley Huge at 614-477-3731 by April 15th. Please note that each confirmed guest represents a reserved seat, meal, and other accommodations, so no-shows result in a financial impact. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Guests are welcome to arrive at the venue as early as 2:00 PM. Complimentary beer, wine, and soft drinks will be available while you wait for the ceremony to begin at 4:00 PM.

Our wedding will feature a full course meal including an appetizer, entree and dessert. When you RSVP, you'll have the option to choose between chicken (dark or white meat) or salmon.
