Our wedding will be held at our private family farm in East Tennessee.
The venue is approximately equal distance from both the Knoxville Airport (TYS) and the Chattanooga Airport (CHA), so either is a great option depending on flight availability and pricing. Nashville Airport (BNA) is also an option, but please note it is about 1 hour and 45 minutes from the venue. If you are planning to get a rental car, usually flights to Nashville are significantly more affordable.
We recommend staying at Spring City Grand Hotel for convenience to the farm or in the Turkey Creek area of Knoxville if you’d like more hotel and restaurant options.
There is plenty of parking available at the farm for guests who plan to drive.
We will have a limited seating shuttle/bus available for initially for our out of town guests without a rental car, or our guests who plan to drink. If you would like to use the shuttle, we strongly recommend staying at Spring City Grand or coordinating pickup from the Turkey Creek area.
Once we get the final RSVP and confirm hotel reservations with our guests, we will form a group on Facebook to help everyone coordinate carpools. Many guests will be on the same flight, so we will connect you if you choose to carpool together. For guests staying in Knoxville, we have many friends coming from Knoxville we can connect you with for potential carpooling options. There will be no transportation provided for the welcome party.
Semi formal / cocktail attire. Ladies, keep in mind the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on grass and gravel. Stilettos may not be the best choice!
The ceremony will be outdoors with an open air barn reception to follow. We will have covered backup options in case of weather.
We love your little ones. Please refer to your invitation for who is included.
We recommend arriving 20 to 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and finding your seat.
Yes, we’ll have drinks available; however, you may BYOB as this is a private venue.
East Tennessee in early November can be beautiful but unpredictable. Expect cool evenings, so we recommend bringing a jacket or wrap.
Absolutely, we encourage photos and videos! We just ask that guests remain present during the ceremony and avoid stepping into aisles during key moments. We will provide a link for you to share your photos with us!
