Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP occurred on Monday, March 31, 2025 and has now passed! If you need to make changes, please reach out to Ashley or Casey directly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm (if Ashley is on time). Please arrive no later than 4:15 pm in order to park (if needed) and to find your seat.

Should I bring a jacket?

Answer

Please check the weather as Colorado weather can change daily! We would recommend bringing a jacket or wrap as it is typically chilly in the evening once the sun goes down. Weather permitting, the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception will all be held outdoors.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking onsite for the ceremony + reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided from the Courtyard Colorado Springs North/Air Force Academy for those parties that indicated this on their RSVP. Unfortunately, due to limited seating, if you did not RSVP for this option, there will not be room available. Please be on time for the shuttle which will pick up directly in front of the hotel! Shuttle will leave at 3:30 p.m.; please be ready to load up by 3:15 p.m. Shuttle will depart at the end of the reception at 10:30 p.m. to arrive back to the hotel around 11:00 p.m.

Will accommodations be provided if I need assistance with stairs?

Answer

Yes, please let us know ahead of time if you need assistance in getting to the ceremony + reception space from the parking lot as there are stairs. A golf cart can be provided upon request.
