This event is for the bridal party/ceremony participants. We only get 1 hour of rehearsal, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the start time. We will be rehearsing the ceremony/reception entrance. This rehearsal is mandatory & will be located at the venue.
1:00 pm - 4:45 pm
The bridal/Groom suite is open for us from 1 pm-4:45 pm. This timeline is for our photographer, videographer, bridal party, MUA & Hairstylist.

Formal Attire. The Ceremony Will Begin At 5 PM. Please Arrive 10-15 Minutes Prior to Find A Seat.
The 1st front row will be reserved for the ceremony walkers. Please DO NOT dress in a white tux or all-white dress as these colors are coordinated for the bride and groom. 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Sign in & Find your seats at the Florence Hall Reception (: Enjoy Cocktail hour (open bar 21+) and finger food snacks! Mingle with friends and family! While the bride/groom & bridal party take pictures (:
6:30 pm - 7:00 pm
The bridal party introduction is followed by the Bride and Groom's Grand Entrance/First dance. Father and daughter dance + mother and son dance.
7:00 pm
Enjoy Tacos for Dinner! Dinner Blessing by the Groom's Father. A Toast for the bride/groom, your choice of apple cider or champagne. During this time be ready to take a picture with the bride & groom at your table! (:
8:00 pm
During this hour the couple will be playing a newlywed shoe game. The bouquet & garter toss will occur. The cake cutting will occur and the DJ will announce for EVERYONE to come to the dance floor for a group picture! & Let's CELEBRATE!!!!
