Omni Providence

For those staying at the Omni hotel, you are able to have early check-in for 1:00 pm but please try and call Arda directly at (401)598-8027 the day before you are supposed to check-in. Buses leave at 2:00 pm.

A shuttle will be provided to the venue from the Omni Providence Hotel leaving PROMPTLY at 2:00 pm - no exceptions. :-) There will be an early shuttle to take you back at 9:00 pm or a late shuttle at 10:00 pm.

Valet Parking

If you are staying at the Omni Providence Hotel, there is no free parking. If you anticipate needing your vehicle throughout the day, Valet is your best bet. If you do not need your vehicle throughout the day, it is cheaper to use the RICC garage >>>. Otherwise, we HIGHLY encourage guests to carpool or Uber/Lyft from a free parking lot, friend's house, etc. closer to the hotel where you can safely leave your car if you can. Please note: - Valet Services Overnight Parking = $32 - Valet Service Day Parking = $16 * Unlimited In & Out Privileges * Charges will be billed to the Guest’s Reservation as an Incidental Charge.

Rhode Island Convention Center Parking

RICC Parking (garage attached to the Omni) - It is cheaper to park this way if you don't anticipate needing your vehicle throughout your stay since you need to pay upon each exit & each entrance. * Park on the 4th floor of the North Garage on the East Side where the Omni is connected. Guests must pay directly to the Garage’s attendant upon exit. - There is an event at the RICC on 1/31, prices are: - Daily Rate = $15.00 * Flat daily rate when the RICC/Dunkin' Donuts Center has events in progress. Enter facility at or after 7:00AM and exit by 2:00AM. Otherwise, hourly rates apply. - Overnight Rate = $20.00 * They are a 24/7 facility. Overnight Rate increments to a maximum of $20 per each 24-hour period. Otherwise, hourly rates are: - Up to 1⁄2 hr. = $5.00 - Up to 1 hr. = $6.00 - Up to 1 1⁄2 hrs. = $7.00 - Up to 2 hrs. = $8.00 - Up to 2 1⁄2 hrs. = $9.00 - Up to 3 hrs. = $11.00 - 3 to 10 hrs. = $13.00 - 10 to 24 hrs. = $20.00

Driving Directions from the NORTH: - Take 95S to exit 22ABC. - Merge onto 22A (Memorial Blvd.) toward Downtown. - At the second light turn right onto Cookson Place. - Take your next right onto West Exchange Street. - Stay straight and the RI Convention Center will be directly in front of you. Driving Directions from the SOUTH: - Take 95N to exit 22ABC. - Merge onto 22A (Memorial Blvd.) toward Downtown. - Turn right onto FrancisStreet. - At the light take a right onto West Exchange Street. - The RI Convention Center will be directly in front of you.
