Unfortunately, no. We have limited space at our venue (and intend to party) and are not able to accommodate children at the Ceremony or Reception. We adore your children and thank you for your understanding and hope arrangements can be made that allow you to still attend our big day. Please contact us with any questions!
Since it is a winter wedding and the sun sets around 4:45 pm, we would like to catch some of the light and the sunset for photos (+ we are not doing a first look). Additionally, we are having a Catholic Vow Ceremony that lasts about 30-40 minutes and the venue is 30 minutes from the hotel.
Formal Attire. - For ladies, this is a chic, midi-length cocktail dress, a full-length dress, a dressy jumpsuit or pantsuit. - For gentlemen, this is a two or three-piece suit with a conservative tie; all men must be in a suit AND tie. **Tuxes are not necessary.
Please indicate specifically what that is somewhere on your RSVP card and the Bride or Groom will reach out to you to clarify a meal option that the chef can accommodate for.
Yes, there will be a coat check inside and we ask that everyone please drop their coats off during cocktail hour and before the reception begins if you can. We promise it will be comfortably warm inside.
Unfortunately being in the city, no. Please see the travel & accommodations page for additional details on where/how to park.
Yes. There will be a shuttle from the Omni hotel that will leave PROMPTLY at 2:00 pm - no exceptions. :-) There is also ample parking at the venue for anyone wanting to drive. At the end of the night, there will be one shuttle leaving early at 9:00 pm and the last one at 10:00 pm.
