We're Getting Married!

Ashley and AJ met on the famous dating app Tinder back in February 2022. Ashley was starting to lose hope on dating apps, but came across AJ’s profile and loved how genuine his smile was so thought she would give it a try. AJ and Ashley messaged that night and tried to plan their first date. AJ was working overnight at the time and mentioned that he loved breakfast. He offered that they meet at Southtown for brunch! But given he was going to get out at 3 am, he told Ashley to give him a call at 9 to ensure he would wake up. Ashley did no such thing. She woke up and got ready the next day but waited to see if AJ would text her. He eventually did and Ashley was relieved. He offered to pick her up, but Ashley being Ashley did not want to be an inconvenience. So she picked him up. On her drive there she started reconsidering why she offered to pick him up because what if the date went bad. When she arrived to pick him up AJ opened the door, looked at Ashley and said “oh”. (This is something they disagree on.) Ashley thought AJ probably did not like her. Meanwhile AJ said Ashley was even more beautiful than she was in her pictures. They shared a beautiful date at Halcyon where they talked for hours as if they had known each other for years. Ashley ordered a bottle of champagne for mimosas which surprised AJ so much. For each of them, this first date was so natural. They each felt so comfortable with each other. So comfortable Ashley stole a kiss from AJ on their walk along the riverwalk. They were inseparable since. AJ and Ashley have grown so much as individuals over the years. They bring each other so much joy. Together they raise their two beautiful dogs Almond and River. They cannot wait to start this new chapter in their life as husband and wife.
