Our hotel block and lakefront accommodations in Rockwall are about a 30-minute drive from the venue. The venue is in a more remote area, so if you plan on drinking, please arrange a designated driver, carpool, or rideshare. Getting to the venue via Uber/Lyft should be easy, but we recommend scheduling your ride home in advance.

This is a great hotel right on the water with a lakefront view! However, there is a wedding on Memorial Weekend, so rooms are limited, and we were unable to arrange a room block. All of the listed hotels are great options, and we encourage you to choose what works best for you and/or your family!

The special group rate is $129–$149 per night, and the block is available from Friday, May 22 to Monday, May 25, 2026. Be sure to book by Wednesday, April 22, 2026 to take advantage of the discounted rate. For those traveling by air, we recommend flying into Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) — it’s the most convenient option and about a 45-minute drive to the hotel and venue. Prefer Southwest? Dallas Love Field Airport is another great option, located about 50 minutes away. Whichever airport you choose, we’re so excited to have you here!
