Airport Transportation

We are excited to share that we’ve arranged complimentary transportation for your convenience! Shuttles will be available to take you from the airport to Banyan Tree Hotel and Fairmont Hotel. To help us coordinate your transportation, please click the link and provide your arrival flight details. If you’d like to arrange transportation for your departure as well, the same company is offering a special rate exclusively for our guests. Be sure to include your departure flight details on the form if you’re interested in this option.

Banyan Tree Mayakoba

Banyan Tree is the heart of our celebration, where all the festivities will take place—making it the perfect spot to stay and join in the fun! Book your room by March 10th through our room block link to secure the best rate. Extra nights prior to wedding weekend may be available at the same rate, based on availability. A valid credit card and one-night deposit are required to guarantee your reservation, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 29 days will incur the full stay charge, including taxes. We can't wait to celebrate with you all!

Fairmont Mayakoba

We’ve secured an additional courtesy room block, conveniently next to Banyan Tree Mayakoba—no additional transportation will be required as the properties are connected. Rooms are $339/night for a King and $359/night for Two Queens (plus taxes and fees). A one-night non refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation, and cancellations within 29 days are non-refundable. Room rates are subject to change based on availability. Book by March 10th to lock in the group rate!

El Ocean Riviera Paradise All Inclusive

Located just 10 minutes from the Banyan Tree Resort in Riviera Maya, Ocean Riviera Paradise offers all-inclusive rates starting at $278 per night for couples and $520 per night for families (plus fees). Guests staying three nights or more can enjoy complimentary airport transfers. Please note that rates are subject to change based on availability, and additional transportation will be required to attend wedding events at Banyan Tree. Please review the FAQ page to contact a car service to attend wedding events.
