Will the wedding ceremony take place outdoors?

Answer

Barring extreme weather conditions, the wedding ceremony will be outdoors. If the weather does not permit an outdoor ceremony, the event will be moved inside the event center located on the same property.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes there is a shuttle running from the Country Inn & Suites in Baxter to the Catalyst Event Center, its about a 10 minute shuttle ride

How early and late will the shuttles run from the Country Inn & Suites to the venue?

Answer

Shuttle service will begin at 1:30pm on Saturday, October 22nd. The last pre-ceremony shuttle will leave the hotel at 3:00pm for any stragglers. The shuttle will resume from 9:00pm to 11:30pm on Saturday evening.

Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the ceremony starting at 3:00pm!

Yes there is a parking lot for anyone driving to the Catalyst Event Center
