I had seen Sean from across the room in a human physiology course thinking, this is the cutest guy EVER. I quickly went home and asked my girlfriends if anyone knew who this mystery man was! My girlfriends were able to quickly identify him, but thought he may have been already dating someone (later I found out this was NOT true). I decided that I would play it cool and not let him know I had a huge crush on him. The school year ended and I went to Phoenix to live with my Dad with no ETA on when I'd be back... little did I know during this time he ALSO had a crush on me! Sean got word that I was moving back from Arizona and sent me a text asking to meet for coffee. We had ran in similar circles throughout college so I just thought he was just being friendly. He was so precious, waiting for me in "Purple Onion" Coffee shop, with a black coffee and said "I remember you saying you like your coffee black. Is this ok?" My heart melted while we sat there and talked. Two months went by where Sean and I would meet for coffee until finally he got the courage to ask to be my OFFICAL BOYFRIEND! From there we dated all throughout Sean's time in Pharmacy school, got our first puppy (Banff), moved in together, got our dream house, and traveled many places! During our 5 years together, we have shared MANY giggles as well as some hard times. Sean is my stable rock and I am his flare! We are the definition of opposites attract and could not be more grateful for that. Where I find my pitfalls, Sean has his strengths and vise versa. We are so excited for the journey of marriage and feel so lucky to be love and supported by such an amazing community.
