The safety of the bride and groom; guests; vendors; and staff is our top priority! As such, everyone attending the wedding weekend must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, and provide proof of vaccination with proof of identification. No exceptions will be made. The wedding venue will verify proof of vaccination from all vendors and guests at the door. This can be a photo of your vaccine card (front and back) along with a photo ID; a QR code from the state of California or the state or country that issued the vaccine; the physical CDC vaccination card; or the LA County Covid-19 Healthvana mobile app. For more information on locating a vaccination site near you, please go to https://www.vaccines.gov/ .
No. Teens only need to show proof of vaccination since they will be with their parent/guardian.

The host hotel for the wedding weekend will be the J.W. Marriott, L.A. LIVE (900 West Olympic Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 9001). We will be staying at the hotel all weekend so if you see us walking around, buy us a drink or just give us a hug lol. Please note, we won't be able to answer any specific questions regarding the hotel facilities. For those questions, please reach out to the hotel directly at (213) 765-8600.
In addition to the Hotel Lobby Bar, the JW Marriott has a restaurant in the lobby that is directly next to the bar. From within the lobby bar, there's visibility to the inside of the restaurant and you can see the restaurant's patio. The teens can hang at the restaurant, get dinner, and enjoy the patio together.
We do not have a preference and will just be grateful for your thoughtfulness. If you'd like some ideas, check out our registry on our website (www.zola.com/registry/ashley_nigel).
