Where is the ceremony/reception located?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 3:30 PM. Please arrive by 3:00 PM to allow time for parking and seating. Guests traveling by ferry should plan ahead, as weekend crossings often experience delays — staying near Poulsbo is a great option. We’d hate for you to miss a moment! Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding traveling by ferry.

We kindly request your RSVP by June 1st, 2026.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore little ones, we kindly request that the invitation be extended to children aged 13 and up. Please make sure to include them on your RSVP!

Where to park?

Answer

Please note, there are approximately 25 parking spots available at the venue. Additional parking is available just 1/2 mile away, and a shuttle will be provided to take you directly to the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal, so we’d love to see you in something elegant yet comfortable. For men, think dress slacks or a suit without the need for a tie. For women, a cocktail dress, a nice blouse with a skirt or pants, or a chic jumpsuit would be perfect. We want everyone to feel stylish but still relaxed enough to enjoy the celebration!

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, followed by the reception indoors. Afterward, you’re welcome to explore the venue at your leisure. Enjoy the vintage arcade, visit the goats and donkeys, try your hand at outdoor lawn games, or relax by the fire pit.

Absolutely! Everyone is welcome to bring a plus one. Please be sure to include their name when you RSVP.
