What is the theme for the wedding?

Answer

The Theme is Golden Sunrise. We will tie in the colors of white and gold with splashes of colors like reds, oranges, blues, and purples. We will incorporate golden sunrise into our special events and decor.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts to allow time for parking and seating.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code for the ceremony and reception is Formal. We encourage you to wear colors that remind you of the Sunrise at Sea.

Will there be parking available?

Answer

For the Ceremony, yes, there should be parking for everyone at the Chapel. If not, there is additional parking at the Wildlife Viewing area just up the street. At the Weatherford, you can pay for parking on the underground garage on San Francisco, or find parking on nearby streets.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies by RSVP Date. We will do our best to accommodate all guests.

Yes, we kindly ask that you RSVP by [Date]. This helps us plan accordingly for seating and catering.

What should we do if we can’t attend?

Please let us know if you cannot attend as soon as possible or indicate that on your RSVP. This allows us to manage our numbers and potentially invite someone from our waitlist.

What if I RSVP and do not attend?

If you do RSVP and cannot attend the wedding. Let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust our numbers. If you do not communicate your absence at least one week in advance. ***Please do not RSVP and fail to attend the wedding - this is an extreme disappointment. ***

What if i attend and need to leave early?

Please find Cliff and Ashley and say goodbye and thank them for the invitation and the wonderful time. Please do not leave without saying goodbye!

What if I attend and do not RSVP?

Answer

If you do not RSVP and still decide to attend the wedding, please bring your own chair and bring a sandwich to eat! We will only be planning for those who RSVP
