What is the theme for the wedding?

Answer

The Theme is Sunrise at Sea. We will tie in the colors of white and gold with colors like reds, oranges, blues, and purples. We will incorporate "sunrise at sea" into our special events and decor.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before the ceremony starts to allow time for parking and seating. Make sure to pull up the Chapel on Maps and plan how long the drive will take you. For Dinner, feel free to arrive 15 minutes early. For the Dance Only Invite, Arrive right on time!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code for the ceremony and reception is Semi-Formal. We encourage you to wear colors that remind you of the Sunrise at Sea.

Will there be parking available?

Answer

For the Ceremony, yes, there should be parking for everyone at the Chapel. If not, there is additional parking at the Wildlife Viewing area just up the street. At the Weatherford, you can pay for parking on the underground garage on San Francisco, or find parking on nearby streets.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies by RSVP Date. We will do our best to accommodate all guests.

Yes, we kindly ask that you RSVP by September 1st. This helps us plan accordingly for seating and catering.

Your invitation indicates if you are welcome to bring a guest. If there's an error or you're unsure, please contact us directly.

What should we do if we can’t attend?

Answer

Please let us know if you cannot attend as soon as possible or indicate that on your RSVP. This allows us to manage our numbers and potentially invite someone from our waitlist.

If you do RSVP and cannot attend the wedding. Let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust our numbers. If you do not communicate your absence at least one week in advance. ***Please do not RSVP and fail to attend the wedding - this is an extreme disappointment. ***
