While we love your little ones, we're keeping the celebration to adults only, we hope you take this as a chance to enjoy a relaxing weekend getaway! That said, infants are welcome - we completely understand the need to keep them close.

What is the attire?

Answer

We invite our guests to join us in wearing black (formal/black tie) to celebrate our day. For men, a black suit with a white collared shirt (or other) is perfectly appropriate. For women, dresses or jumpsuits that are predominantly black are encouraged—prints, textures, and unique designs are absolutely welcome. Most of all, we want you to feel comfortable, confident, and ready to celebrate with us! (Please no denim)

Is your wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. In January, Fallbrook typically enjoys beautiful weather, with temperatures ranging from the mid‑60s to low‑80s, so we recommend dressing comfortably and planning accordingly. Cocktail hour will offer a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces for you to enjoy, and dinner and the reception will be held indoors at the same venue.

May I take pictures or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

While we know you may want to capture our special day, we kindly request that all phones be placed on silent and put away for the entirety of the ceremony. We’ll have professional photographers and videographers there to capture every moment for us to relive and share. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like—we can’t wait to celebrate together!

What does transportation & parking look like at the ceremony?

On-site parking will be available for your convenience. We kindly encourage carpooling to and from the events and recommend using rideshare services afterward to get home safely. Your safety means so much to us, and we want everyone to enjoy the celebration and return home without worry—please plan ahead and never drink and drive.

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

We recommend renting a car at the airport you’re flying into for the easiest and most flexible transportation during your stay. On‑site airport rental services are very convenient, and for those looking for an alternative, we’ve also had great experiences using Turo. However you choose to travel, we hope it helps make your time with us relaxed, easy, and enjoyable!

Do I have to pay for drinks or food?

Answer

Cocktail hour and dinner are on us—please relax and enjoy! To ensure the best experience for everyone, outside food and beverages won’t be permitted. We’ll be hosting an open bar during cocktail hour through 10:00 PM. After that, the final hour of the evening will feature a cash bar for those who wish to continue the celebration.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at Fallbrook Estate between 3:00–3:15 PM. To ensure everything runs smoothly, our venue will have security on site throughout the day, and we greatly appreciate everyone arriving on time for our big moment. Thank you so much for helping us start the celebration right—Kate being the only approved exception being late! 😉

What is traffic like?

Answer

Depending on where you’re staying, whether that be more coastal towards San Diego or in Temecula, please plan ahead for travel time, as traffic on I‑15 can be busy—especially if you’re not familiar with California driving patterns.
