BWI Is the closest airport to the area where the venue is located. BWI services most major airlines with Southwest Airlines being the largest carrier as its hub. Although this airport is based in Baltimore, MD, it is a convenient airport for all of the DMV region and Northern Virginia.

DCA Ronald Reagan National Airport
A little further from our location, this airport is located in Washington DC for those who plan to stay in DC and catch the sights! Servicing all major airlines with American Airlines being the biggest at DCA. This airport is about an hour away from our venue. If planning to fly into DCA, make sure to plan extra time for that heavy DC traffic!

IAD Dulles International Airport
The farthest airport at about an hour and 20 mins from the wedding venue, IAD is located in Northern Virginia for anyone planning to stay in the Northern Virginia area for the weekend. United Airlines is the main airline but the airport conveniently also services all major airlines.

Marc Train
Marc Train is a convenient way to travel between Baltimore and D.C. Affordable tickets combined with frequent departure times makes this a popular option for travelers. Guests stying in Baltimore would take the Penn State Sb to several different stations in Washington. Schedules are available on the Marc Train website.

We have reserved a block at this hotel for guests who wish to book a hotel for the weekend. Reservations at this hotel are for Friday, 11/20 to Sunday, 11/22 at a rate of $139/night. This hotel offers free shuttle service to and from BWI airport, MARC Train and the Light Rail but is about 30 mins away from the venue. Ride share services are available in the area. Reservations must be booked via the unique link, which we are working to confirm with the hotel and will send an update when we have it, to take advantage of the rate and other perks such as discounted overnight parking. You may also call the hotel and reference "Springer-Erestain Wedding" to book. Rooms must be booked by cutoff of October 20th for the block rate. This another hotel block reserved for our event for Thursday 11/19 to Sunday 11/22 at a rate of $139/night. This is a great option for those who want a longer weekend in the area. This hotel is closest to the venue, just 10 mins away. This hotel does not have shuttle service to the airport or other methods of transportation but ride share services are an option. Please use the unique link by clicking "View" below or call at the number provided and just reference "Springer-Erestain Wedding" at booking! Cutoff for booking at this hotel with the rate provided is October 19th. The daughter of the sales person that worked with us on this block also got married at the same venue (which they loved!) and said that they have done many hotel blocks for other weddings for the location and have a great working relationship with them, which we were very relived to hear!

Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel
The Sheraton is our 3rd hotel block located about 10ish mins away from the venue at a special rate of $149/night. This block is for Friday Nov 20th-Sunday Nov 22nd for those planning to travel into the area on Friday but want to be close to the venue. There is nightly parking at this hotel at $20 per night. The last date to book here is 10/20/2026!
