Once you arrive there will be parking attendants to guide you to your spots. The welcoming meet and greet will start at 3:30 in the barn prior to the ceremony. This is a great time to take advantage of the games provided, guest book signing and the photo booth. Around 4:00-4:15 you will be directed to sit in your ceremony seats.

This is an outdoor event on uneven ground so wear heels at your own risk. If you know us then you know that there is no need to go over the top dressy. Come casual and comfy. The event will be in the sun but umbrellas and fans will be available to our guest. Once the ceremony is over please carry your chair to the reception gathering.

We will be serving cocktails and appetizers in the Barn. This is also a great time to take advantage of the games provided, guest book signing and the photo booth.
