Oh its happening!!! We are getting Hitched!!!

In the spring of 2014 I applied to Skechers, after being passed on TWICE I decided to look elsewhere. In October 2014 I received a phone call from Brandon inviting me to one last interview. So I decided why not. I went into this interview with ZERO confidence thinking I would for sure not get hired. I told myself I would not be nervous and that I would just have fun with it. Well I did lol. I had so much fun with it that I even faked being a Steelers fan haha (that’s B’s team) needless to say I was hired. We started hanging out more and going on dates here and there, until he finally made it official on 2/14/2015. He did his research before asking me for sure! He wrote out the lyrics to what is now “OUR” song “Check Yes or NO” on a card and surrounded it with red bulls. After that he couldn’t EVER get me to leave. Meeting each other has been the biggest blessing to us both. We have shared so many memories, met so many new people and overall we continuously bring out the best in each other.

After 1 red eye flight, a 3 hour lay over and another 4 hour flight we had finally made it to Cancun. We arrived at our resort and had no idea how long of a day this would actually turn into. Long story short we arrive and our room isn't ready for hours, we can not get to our bags to change, the resort has NO Jack Daniels lol and its so humid we looked soaked in sweat! (So attractive right) Finally get all cleaned up go to dinner and then of course to the nightly entertainment show. I wish someone had been filming us as we were both bobbing our heads falling asleep at the table. Surprisingly I spoke up and said we gotta go to bed like now! Little did I know the best moment of my life was about to happen. As we start walking back to our room, B says "hey let's stop real quick and look at the Mayan rock thing." This was literally just like a 5 ft big round engraved rock sculpture. We were so tired that we just stood there in silence for what seemed like forever. I started to lead us back to the path until I noticed I was walking alone. I turned around to Brandon doing the whole enchilada!! Down on one knee, presenting the ring and with a beautiful speech! And that is how we got here :)
