Lodging options for traveling guests

We have hotel rooms near the wedding and reception area. By all means, you are more than welcomed to lodge with a local friend or family member. If you are in need of a hotel room, the hotel is the La Quinta Inn in Conyers, Ga. As of now, there are 30 rooms with two beds in each and 20 rooms with a single, king sized bed. You have until December 1, 2019 to book your room at the discounted group rate. Further information will be listed on the page.

TO MAKE A RESERVATION, you will need to call the hotel and directly talk to the front desk. We have 50 rooms blocked off (30 with two beds and 20 with a single bed) for anyone who needs a room. We have the rooms blocked off from January 9th-January 13th. The price for the hotel room for all four days is $274.50 ($62.10 for Thursday and 53.10 a night for the rest of the nights) without adding the local tax & fees.
