Denver International Airport
The venue is located 2 hours west of the Denver airport. The easiest way to get to Fraser is via car, but there is also a bus option and an Amtrak train that leaves from Denver Union Station once a day. Please reach out if you are interested in carpooling from the Denver airport to Fraser and we can help connect you with people who are arriving around the same time. Let us know if you are planning on renting a car and have room for another person.
We are excited to offer lodging at the venue for our friends from Thursday evening-Monday morning. Please reach out soon to let us know if you will be staying with us at the house or getting your own accommodations so we can plan accordingly. Keep in mind that the venue is ~rustic~ and we will all be sharing bathrooms. Family will be staying nearby. Please reach out if you have any questions! Thanks!
For guests who are staying outside of the venue, we will try to piece together a makeshift shuttle for guests returning to their accommodations. Rideshare apps are unreliable at best in the mountains and we don't want anyone driving after having a few drinks!
Dressy casual. Temperatures in the Rocky Mountains can vary drastically, so please be sure to bring additional layers. You may also consider opting for comfortable and stable footwear, as the wedding will be outside. We're crossing our fingers for beautiful weather!
We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony “unplugged” and leave your phone off during the (very short) ceremony. We want our loved ones to truly be in the moment with us on our special day.
Yes! We will be providing drinks for both events. We will have a couple of signature cocktails for the wedding and a variety of beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages. If you would like something special please feel free to bring it. The wedding will take place at 8'500+ ft above sea level and alcohol hits harder here. Pace yourself and hydrate :) We'll have a fun mocktail option as well.
We wish! Larry will be there, but the owner has asked that no other dogs attend unless your pup is a service animal.
We don't have a registry. We know destination weddings are very time consuming and expensive and the gift of your presence means the world to us.
Yes, dinner for Friday and Saturday night will be a buffet and will include vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options. Please reach out if you have specific dietary restrictions!
