Question
Will there be COVID-19 precautions?
Answer
Yes, guests are required to wear a mask (over the nose and mouth), and hand sanitizer stations will be provided. Face shields will be available for guests as well. Frequently used surfaces will be disinfected regularly. In addition, social distancing protocols will be in place. In light of case numbers in TN, we have opted for an outdoor but heated cocktail hour and shorter wedding ceremony with open doors and windows.

What is the menu for the reception?
Answer
Heavy hors d'oeuvres including chicken wings and tacos will be served. There will be some vegetarian and no vegan options.

Can I bring extra guests?
Answer
No, guests are not permitted to bring any guests not explicitly listed on the invitation, RSVP card, and website including children and significant others. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Answer
No, the bride and groom have exclusive control of the guest list. Unless explicitly told to do so by the bride or groom, no substitutions are allowed.

Answer
Cocktail attire is requested. Guests are asked not to wear white.

Are the wedding and reception in the same place?
Answer
Yes, the wedding, cocktail hour, and reception are in the same building. The venue is White Oak Farms 284 Spring Creek Highway, Medina TN 38355.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Guests are asked to arrive no more than 40 minutes prior to the ceremony. We will see everyone at 3:20 PM. The wedding will start promptly at 4:00 PM. No late guests will be permitted to enter the building until after the ceremony has concluded and between the ceremony and cocktail hour.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP ASAP online or return the RSVP card no later than January 14, 2021. Given the delays in mail, online RSVP’s are preferred.

Can guests take photos and videos during the wedding and reception?
Answer
The bride and groom hired the best photographer and cinematographer. Please DO NOT take photos or videos during the wedding ceremony or step into the aisle to block paid vendors. Guests are welcome to take all the pictures and videos they want during the reception. Be sure to use our hashtag, #GivensIntoBoyd and use our Snapchat filter!
