Wedding Party

Adrianne Bowers

Maid of Honor

Adge has held Ashley's MOH position since 1st grade. Not even moving all the way to Florida could keep them apart! Each summer, they would visit each other alternating states every year. They love each other like sisters (and fight like them too)!

Trevor Mitchel

Best Man

Although Trevor and Wayne may look alike, don't let that fool you! Trevor is the introverted, more polite, more athletic, and more lazy version of him. Although Wayne's parents didn't listen to him when he wanted to name Trevor "Taxi", Wayne could not have asked for a better playmate and brother.

Lauren Jones

Bridesmaid

Lauren made Ashley an 8-year-old aunt. She had been asking her parents for a sister, and what she got was even better! Lauren was also Ashley's mom's first and only grandbaby and she remembers them both being obsessed with her. She was a very cute baby who grew up to be an even cuter adult.

Daniel Bessel

Groomsman

Wayne and Dan met on Wayne's first day of 1st grade at a new elementary school, Barnum Woods. Wayne was lost and crying when a hall monitor brought him to his classroom. Dan was drawn to Wayne immediately as he was already the resident cry baby. Still crying, Mrs. Chionchio asked Wayne what was wrong and he said "someone on the bus said 'Wayne is a pain and has no brain.'" That was the last time Wayne was known as an individual as throughout elementary school, middle school, high school, and day camp it was always "Wayne and Dan".

Reese Achenbach

Junior Bridesmaid

The summer before Ashley moved to Colorado, she spent a lot of time with her cousin Reese baking pies and running to Starbucks. Ash considered asking Reese to bake a wedding pie for them, but thought being a Junior Bridesmaid would be more fun.

Scott Lissner

Groomsman

Thank goodness Scott was wearing a Jets shirt during Muhlenberg orientation or Wayne's mom, Harriet, would not have approached and said "Oh, you're a Jets fan? So is my son! Come meet him!". After being roommates and inseparable throughout college and suffering through many a Jets and Mets seasons, they continue to be best friends.

Jim Kostra

Chuppah Holder

Jim is the brother of the bride and someone she's always looked up to. In 3rd grade she got a bowl cut and learned a bunch of facts about the Dallas Cowboys so she would seem cooler to him. Fun fact: the first full sentence Ashley learned to say was: "Jimmy did it!"

Dan Yarabinec III

Chuppah Holder

Danny and Ashley have been best friends since the day they were born (well, since the day Ashley was born, 3 days after Danny). They've ridden their bikes all around Sharpsville and laughed so hard that they thought they'd never stop.

Danny Fine

Chuppah Holder

Danny Fine and Wayne first met through Dan Bessel, but cemented their friendship at Beth Sholom Day Camp. They've been on many adventures together, have sung to the heavens in karaoke, make fun of each other constantly, and have discussed the true meaning of life on more than one occasion. True signs of friendship.

Dan Cacciola

Chuppah Holder

Dan Cacciola is a man of few words, which made Wayne determined to befriend him at Beth Sholom Day Camp (maybe against his will). Not much was known about Dan, other than his quiet nature, his football skills, and his nickname "Gazelle" for his speed and smooth strides. A friendship eventually emerged due to Wayne's sheer perseverance. They frequently spend hours on the phone, discussing everything from food recipes to fantasy football.
