Hotel
We have not reserved a hotel block, however, we will be providing transportation for our out of town guests. The bus will pick up and drop off from the Fairfield in McKinney.
Shuttle
September 20, 2025 4:15 pm - 10:30 pm
Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas McKinney 1600 Hardin Boulevard, McKinney, TX 75071 The shuttle will get to the hotel at 4pm and depart at 4:30pm sharp and arrive to the ranch at 5pm The shuttle will leave at the end of the night at 10:30pm and arrive back at the hotel at 11pm The shuttle is a school bus!
Travel Note
If you want to stick around McKinney, we suggest checking out the historic downtown! For any sports fans, check out a Rangers or Cowboys game. The Colony also has a venue called The Cosm, which is similar to the Las Vegas Sphere to watch a game. If you're wanting to explore downtown Dallas, we recommend checking out the Bishop Arts and Lower Greenville neighborhoods. And if you want to get even more yeehaw Texas experiences, head to the Fort Worth stockyards to see a cattle drive and a taste of the old west.
