We're getting married! Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm outside in the tree line. After about 30 minutes or so of some lifelong commitments and happy tears, we'll transition to cocktail hour. Our cocktail hour will be in the front lawn garden where we'll have drinks, charcuterie, and games! At 7 we'll move to the backyard for dinner and dancing. All in all, it's a backyard wedding y'all, nothing fancy!
Parking is available and ample! We will have marked signs, but we'll have everyone park to the left of the house in front of the shop!
Dressy Casual! In simpler terms, wear what you would to church, or say a nice dinner party. Just no shorts or jeans please. Ladies, please keep in mind we will be outside for the entirety of the event, and there is a gravel path between the ceremony and reception, so we highly advise against wearing heels. Sandals, wedges, flats, or even cowboy boots will do!
We will be serving Texas style barbeque! Smoked brisket and chicken, with all the fixings and sides. And of course, cake for dessert!
We do not have a hotel block, but we recommend staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites McKinney. We will be providing transportation for our out of town guests, and the pickup and drop off point will be the Fairfield in McKinney. You are welcome to stay elsewhere, however, Farmersville is an hour outside of downtown Dallas.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate for all of our guests to bring a plus one, unless they are named on the invitation or the RSVP page.
