We are so excited to have you join us in Bali for our special day! To help make your travel around the island as smooth as possible, below is some information about travelling to and from our Wedding Villa: Travelling TO the Villa: Ride-Sharing Apps - The easiest way to get around is by using ride-sharing apps like Grab or Gojek. These are widely used in Bali and often cheaper and more reliable than traditional taxis. You can download the apps before your trip and set up your account for convenience. Traditional Taxis - If you prefer traditional taxis, look for Blue Bird Taxis. They’re known for being trustworthy and using meters. Be cautious of other taxis that may not run on meters or might overcharge. Hotel Assistance - Most hotels and villas in Bali are happy to arrange a taxi or private driver for you. This can be a great option for longer trips or if you're exploring areas where rideshare services might be limited. Areas with Restrictions - Note that some areas, like Ubud and certain tourist hotspots, may have restrictions on app-based rides. In such cases, local transport options like hiring a private driver may be better choices. Travelling home FROM the Villa: We have arranged for a 13person Minibus to transport guests from the Villa back to TWO MAIN HOTELS throughout the evening: Anantara Uluwatu Radisson Blu Uluwatu This Minibus will be making round trips from the Villa to these Hotels from 10.30pm onwards. This is a good option if you are staying at either of these venues, or if you wish to be taken to a central location from where you can arrange a Taxi or Private Driver through the Hotel Concierge to drive you back to your accommodation. Please Note: Bali traffic can be unpredictable, especially during peak hours. Allow extra time for travel to ensure you arrive on time for the wedding and other festivities.
Travel Note
As you plan your trip to Bali for our wedding, please note that Australian passport holders are required to arrange a visa before traveling. You can apply for a Visa on Arrival (VOA) upon landing or arrange it online beforehand. Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry, and check for any updates to visa requirements prior to departure.

Below are some Accommodation options that come highly recommended in the Uluwatu area. All four options below are within a 20 minute drive of the Villa, and our Minibus will be making trips to the Anantara and Radisson Blu at the end of the evening for your convenience.
