What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we kindly ask all guests to arrive at the venue by 3:30 PM. This will allow plenty of time for everyone to get settled before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM. We want you to relax and enjoy the experience, so arriving early ensures you won’t miss a single moment of the celebration.

We’ve included a list of suggested accommodations in the Travel & Accommodation Section of our wedding website. You’ll find a range of options all conveniently located near our wedding venue. There are also some great options on Airbnb that suit a range of budgets.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Since this is an international wedding, we kindly ask that you RSVP by 15th of June to give us plenty of time to finalize arrangements for everyone. Your RSVP will help us plan important details like seating and catering, so we truly appreciate your prompt response. If you have any questions or need help with the RSVP process, don’t hesitate to reach out.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

To make it easy, we’ve included a section on the RSVP form specifically for dietary preferences or restrictions. We kindly ask that you complete this section when submitting your RSVP. This will help us communicate your needs to the caterers and ensure appropriate accommodations are made. If you’ve already RSVP’d and missed this section, please feel free to let us know directly, and we’ll make a note of it.

How do we get back to our Accomodation after the Festivities?

Answer

To make things easier for our guests, we have arranged for a 13person Minibus to transport guests from the Villa back to TWO MAIN HOTELS throughout the evening: Anantara Uluwatu Radisson Blu Uluwatu This Minibus will be making round trips from the Villa to these Hotels from 10.30pm onwards. This is a good option if you are staying at either of these venues, or if you wish to be taken to a central location from where you can arrange a Taxi or Private Driver through the Hotel Concierge to drive you back to your accommodation.
