The rsvp deadline is September 30th
If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our September 30th deadline, you will be marked as “not attending”. Reason being, we need an accurate guest headcount to ensure everyone has a seat as well as a dinner meal.
No, due to rules set by our venue there is absolutely no alcohol allowed on or in the premises. The venue asks guest to not smoke on the premises, but if you need to take a smoke break, please do so in your vehicle. Please refrain from leaving cigarette ashes, embers, or ends on/ in the parking lot.
We will have catering by ZeBelles Cajun kitchen Guests will be served Bourbon chicken served on a bed of white rice with a side of Gumbo
Please refrain from bringing an extra guest with you unless they are listed on your invitation.
Yes children are welcome! We will provide coloring pages with crayons during the reception.
There is plenty of parking in lot beside the building.
Yes the building where the ceremony and reception will be held is handicap accessible.
Please don’t wear white or cream colors. We ask that guests wear semi-formal attire, but it is optional for all guests. Examples of semi-formal for men would be dress pants accompanied by a button up shirt & for women cocktail length dresses or dressy slacks accompanied by a blouse.
You’ll want to wear something comfortable and that won’t hinder your dancing ability. We’d suggest to steer away from stiletto heels, as we may take group photos outside in grassy areas. For the ladies, we’d suggest flats, wedges, or boots with a comfy heel. For the fellas, we’d suggest dress shoes, loafers, or oxfords.
Yes it okay to take pictures with your phones during the wedding, we ask that you refrain from using the flash.
