When should I RSVP by?

Please respond by September 15th, 2021, so that we can have proper food and accommodations for you.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We’re only registered through our site, right here! We dream of a honeymoon, so that’s what we would love help with more than anything else.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at 5:00 PM. There is ample parking as well as Lyft/Uber access.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please come in your finest black tie attire! This is a formal affair (but will have lots of drinking and dancing!) Our theme is “Gothic Elegance” so we encourage dressing in dark/moody inspired clothing. We can’t wait to see you looking your best!

Can I bring a date?

Please understand the small size of our venue and respect our “reserved seats” amount on your invitation.

This is a 21+ event only.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please contact Liz or Matt privately if you have a special request.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Tons of parking! We recommend carpooling from shared hotels, if possible, but there’s room for approximately 70 vehicles.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Uber and Lyft are very familiar with our venue! If you require another service, we’re happy to provide as much transportation help as much as possible.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

If there are any other events, you will be contacted for private invitation with enough notice to plan accordingly. Otherwise, just show up on Sunday with an empty tummy and open arms!

Do you have a hotel room block anywhere?

Answer

Due to the small size of our attendance we will not be going forward with a room block. There are many wonderful places to stay in Asheville but it is Wedding Season in November so be sure to book as soon as possible.
