Bistrița
Spend some time at the wedding venue in Jelna, a beautiful vineyard setting with an indoor pool and sauna. Walk around the Old Town and explore small hidden passages, especially between Strada Dornei and Strada Liviu Rebreanu via Strada Spiru Haret. Visit the Bistrița Evangelical Church. Right next to it, explore Sugălete. Stop by the Coopers’ Tower. Restaurants & cafes: Bricks, Casa cu bere, La botega italiana, Meron, Duca Coffee
Cluj-Napoca
Visit Firefighters’ Tower and Cluj Art Museum. St. Michael’s Church – you can sometimes climb the tower. Walk around Universității Street and the Botanical garden. Watch the sunset in Făget (will need to take a taxi). Wander around the lake next to Iulius Mall park. Wander around Someș river. Explore the City Centre and the Central Park. Go up Cetățuia Hill for a view. Visit Lake Gilău for a relaxing outdoor spot. Stop by Salina Turda, a stunning underground attraction with huge chambers and an amusement area, about 30–40 minutes from Cluj-Napoca. Sighișoara Citadel
Walk around the cobblestone streets and colorful historic houses. Climb the Clock Tower. Walk the Covered Staircase. Visit the Church on the Hill.
Brașov & Bran Castle
Walk around Piața Sfatului and the Old Town and see the Black Church. Take the cable car up Tâmpa Mountain for panoramic views. Walk along Aleea Tiberiu Bredniceanu to see the old bastions. Visit the White Tower for a great view over the city. Stroll along Strada După Ziduri and take the path or stairs up toward the tower. Visit Bran Castle: often called “Dracula’s Castle,” it’s about 30–40 minutes from Brașov.
