Peterborough Station – Around 40 minutes by taxi, with quick direct trains from London Kings Cross (approx. 50 minutes). A good alternative, especially from north/east London. Leicester Station – Around 40 minutes by taxi, direct trains from London St Pancras (approx. 1h 10m). A larger hub with frequent services. Oakham Station – The closest station (just 10–15 minutes by taxi), but it requires a change at Kettering or Leicester. The overall journey takes longer, so it’s not always the most convenient choice.
