Our love story is our favorite. It started during the pandemic when Angelanette joined a Christian discord looking for friends to help her rebuild a stronger relationship with Christ, she joined without looking or expecting a relationship. While on the discord Angelanette met her best friend, and unknowingly future sister, Erin through bible studies and game nights. One night Erin decided to invite her brother Connor who had just got out of Basic Training for the Airforce, he also was not actively looking for a relationship. Connor joined the game night zoom call and immediately started making everyone laugh showing off his fun, goofy personality his great sense of humor and hilarious dance and sick karate moves. That night Angelanette’s other friend Sebastian immediately texted her that night expressing his approval of the relationship and that she should text Erin about her brother (yes, I made the first move, something I have never done). Angelanette shrugged off her friends comments, she had just met him and was not looking for a relationship at the time, especially a long distance relationship. Eventually Angelanette decided to take a chance and texted Erin saying “ Hey your brother is cute not gonna lie”. Erin gave Connor my snapchat and he added me on the 3rd of August and he asked to video call and we immediately clicked and from there on we called every day for hours just getting to know each other and eventually fell in love. On September 1st Connor asked Angelanette the first important question, “Will you be my Girlfriend?”, without hesitation Angelanette said yes. We met for the first time in person on December 9th,2020 when he bought a plane ticket to see her, it was the most magical first week together. On December 26th, 2021 in front of the candle in downtown Easton, their first date spot, he asked the second most important question, “Will you be my wife?” Our love story has not been easy; We’ve battled long distance, nights, anniversaries, birthdays, and holidays alone. We've had constant changes in work schedules, late night calls, our favorite hellos, and our hardest goodbyes right after; having to readjust to being “ alone” again after spending just a few days together. We thank God for blessing us with each other and allowing us to have the relationship that we have. We are so excited to finally be together with no more airplanes, no more long goodbyes, because on the 2nd of September 2023 we are starting our lives and staying by each other's side. Nuestra historia de amor no ha sido fácil; Hemos luchado solos a larga distancia, noches, aniversarios, cumpleaños y días festivos. Hemos tenido cambios constantes en los horarios de trabajo, llamadas nocturnas, nuestros saludos favoritos y nuestras despedidas más duras inmediatamente después; tener que reajustarse a estar “solo” nuevamente después de pasar solo unos días juntos. Damos gracias a Dios por bendecirnos unos a otros y permitirnos tener la relación que tenemos. Estamos tan emocionados de finalmente estar juntos sin más aviones, sin largas despedidas, porque el 2 de septiembre de 2023 comenzamos nuestras vidas y nos quedamos uno al lado del otro.
