Parking will be available in the top parking lot and Handicap is available closer to the venue. Parking immediately at the venue is reserved for vendors. A golf cart will be bringing guests from the parking lot down to the venue.

The main course meal will be the option of pulled pork barbecue or chicken. The sides will be mac & cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, and green beans.
