Welcome Cocktail Party

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The Estes Park Resort - The Ballroom
1700 Colorado Peaks Drive, Estes Park, CO 80517

Join us as we kick off our wedding weekend with a cocktail hour from 7–9 PM at The Estes Park Resort! We’ll be gathering in the Ballroom, a beautiful indoor space overlooking Lake Estes, located just to the left when you walk in from the lobby.Enjoy drinks and great company as we begin the celebrations together. This will be a light gathering, so we kindly ask that guests have dinner beforehand.

Dress Code - Think cocktail attire / mountain chic / fancy western. We recommend elevated yet comfortable outfits with a western flair — cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits, or slacks and a blouse for women, and slacks with a button-down or blazer for men. Boots or heels are great, cowboy hats are welcome but totally optional. Feel free to add your own western touches. The welcome party is indoors, but since it’s a Colorado evening, we encourage bringing a jacket, fur coat, wrap, or coat.

3:00 pm

Black Canyon Inn - The Boulders
800 MacGregor Ave, Estes Park, CO 80517

Please join us for our ceremony, followed by a cocktail hour, and then an evening of dinner and dancing as we celebrate our special day! Our dress code is Mountain Formal—elevated, yet comfortable for an outdoor setting. Think dress shirts, slacks, dresses, or dressy jumpsuits. We’d love for everyone to embrace the spirit of the occasion with polished attire that still feels relaxed enough for the mountains. And don’t forget to bring a jacket or wrap—mountain evenings can get chilly!
