What is the dress code?

Answer

Lakeside formal—elegant attire appropriate for an outdoor waterfront ceremony. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans. Women may wear formal dresses, gowns, or dressy cocktail attire, and men are encouraged to wear suits or dress pants with a blazer and tie. Lightweight fabrics are recommended for comfort by the lake.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP by May 1st. Please complete your RSVP as soon as possible—it only takes a couple of minutes and helps us tremendously with final planning. If you’re reading this, please do it right now so it doesn’t get forgotten later!!! We also kindly ask that all hotel reservations be made by this date.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive around 4:30 PM. Live music will begin around that time, so feel free to settle in, enjoy the lakeside breeze, and get ready for the celebration to begin promptly at 5:00 PM.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at Lake Lawn Resort that you can book directly through the TRAVEL tab on Zola. There are also many Airbnbs and VRBOs in the area. (The sooner you book, the better!)
