On or before 3/31/21, click the RSVP tab from the banner above, enter in your name(s) exactly as they appear on your invitation and submit. You may also call/text Kayla to accept or decline the invitation. If you encounter trouble, please feel free to reach out.
Our venue does NOT allow smoking anywhere on or around the premises.
We love the kiddos more than anyone, however this is an ADULT ONLY event.
If your invitation envelope lists your name and an additional name, and/or "& Guest" it is suitable/appropriate for you to bring that person/guest indicated. If the invitation only lists your name, it is safe to assume we are only planning on you attending. Our venue has very specific occupancy limitations/requirements that we must abide by and every guest must be accounted for.
We would greatly appreciate it if guests would please refrain from taking photos/videos until after the ceremony concludes. Our photographer and videographer are amazing at what they do, and for that reason we are going unplugged.
The venue features indoor/outdoor elements for both the ceremony and reception. Guests may want to consider bringing sunglasses for the ceremony, and a light sweater or jacket for the cocktail hour/evening. Feel free to wear your cowboy boots if you have a pair and need a reason to dust them off! The terrain is solid so heels/wedges are good to go at the venue as well.
The venue features a large parking lot should you choose to drive. PLEASE NOTE: We highly encourage all guests to consider taking a taxi, using a ride share app (uber/lyft), or appoint a designated driver in order to ensure a stress free and fun evening with us!
Yes, for the "day-of" our wedding only. All other inquiries/things are being handled by Kayla. Our wedding coordinator Summer's contact information will be provided as the wedding day draws nearer. Summer will be able to answer any last minute questions, direct guests where to go, and for any other unforeseen issues that may arise. For all other questions (prior to) the wedding please contact Kayla.
Yes we do, our wedding hashtag is #BringItHahn. A hashtag is a metadata tag that is prefaced by the hash symbol, #. Hashtags are widely used on photo-sharing services such as Twitter and Instagram as a form of user-generated tagging that enables cross-referencing of content sharing a subject or theme. Therefore, if you post a photo from our wedding or wedding events using #BringitHahn it will be conveniently displayed in a collection of photos/posts where that # was used.
