After receiving word he would not be able to go on his antelope hunt, Justin decided to meet up with his friend Matt for drinks. Meanwhile, Kayla & Ashley were around the corner shrugging off a long week with a few (many) glasses of vino, ultimately deciding on Sauced BBQ for dinner. As they walked into the restaurant, Kayla & A handsome stranger, “accidentally” locked eyes. As the ladies bellied up to the bar & chatted, Kayla scanned the room, managing to meet eyes with the same stranger, again. She quickly turned around & filled Ash in on the situation. Not long after, a random waitress tapped Kayla on her shoulder. Kayla immediately asked, "Are we getting kicked out?!" The waitress laughed and informed her that "a man over there (motioning towards the dining room), wanted to buy her a drink". This came as a HUGE surprise because no one had done this before. The drink came and went, and Ash implied that she should go over and say thank you. Kayla was worried that maybe it wasn't 'him' that had sent the drink, and didn't want to look fool. Ashley beamed, "You’re going to pick today of all days to be shy? You know that it was him that sent you the drink, just go say thank you!" Kayla took a deep breath and walked over to the table, opening with, " who is responsible for this drink?" Justin confessed it was him and they all began to chat. His friend Matt had to head home, so Kayla told Justin he was welcome to join her and Ash up at the bar. Justin jokes with Kayla that he wasn't the one that sent the drink, and that some other guy did all the legwork and he got the girl! Jokes aside, they both instantly felt a connection and as if they'd known each other their whole lives. Their conversation flowed so easily and their chemistry was undeniable. Looking back on that night, it could have been fate, liquid courage, or an act of God. Regardless, they are so happy they ‘accidentally’ met on what will forever be their last single Saturday night.
